This summer is going to be one of the craziest summers I have ever had! From bachelorette trips, to my wedding, and everything in between- there’s a lot of traveling involved! I wanted to share what I’m currently keeping in my bag, because who doesn’t love getting a glimpse inside this daily essential?! Sharing is caring! (Right?!)
For summertime I like to keep my purse super light and ready to be easily transfered to another bag if needed! So you’ll notice a pouch... or two. I can’t help but collect cute pouches- it’s honestly a problem. I’m not alone, am I?!
You’ll notice I carry a tube of lotion and chapstick at all times! (Truthfully, I usually borrow Chad’s chapstick because I’m always losing mine!) I’m currently carrying a Hello Kitty edition of Softlips, but I could write an entirely different post about chapstick! I’m constantly putting hand lotion on throughout the day and if you follow me on Instagram, you know I’m a huge fan of anything Capri Blue! I’m obsessed with their line of lotion, especially the Volcano scent! Order it ASAP!
I’ve always struggled with acne/ oily skin since and after many trials with different blotting sheets, powder, etc. nothing quite worked as well as I had hoped. So when I finally discovered the holy grail of oil absorbing powder, I basically became a salesrep for Fenty Beauty by Rihanna! (I hope you see this, Fenty!) I would highly recommend purchasing the magnetic retractable brush too, so you’ll never lose it when you’re out on the town! And trust me, you’ll never want to use Neutrogena oil sheets again.
Since I like to keep my purse pretty lightweight, I love this cardholder from Cargo Room! I keep any other non-important cards I have in a pouch. It’s also really nice to grab-and-go when I don’t want to bring my purse! Plus it supports the purchasing of mimosas. 😉 With it being so hot in Oklahoma right now, I love to keep these hair clips from Violet and Brooks readily available! I believe the ones I have are no longer available, but I linked some very similar ones! Last, but certainly not least, I keep a handy dandy tape measure with me at all times! You never know when you’re going to need to measure something!
